My name is Sheila Vance and I am the Property Manager for Dewberry Downs Townhouse Apartments in Hoover. I am writing this on behalf of my parents, Milton & Nell Smith and myself. A couple of weeks ago, my parents, who live here at Dewberry, where bothered by a pesky rat who had decided to take up residency where he was not welcome.
